Golden was named Contractor of the Year again in 2008 by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Alabama along with five Excellence in Construction awards. This is the second year in a row for the ABC award. Golden was also named Contractor of the Year in 2009 and 2008 by the American Subcontractor Association of Alabama.

Spotlight
2600 Highland is an 11-story building containing eight levels of high-end condominiums above a three level parking deck. A pool area, fitness center, and plaza area were also included in the project.
