I want to commend your company for the excellent job they did in protecting the JRH/RealtySouth space as they built out the law offices of Miller Hamilton Snider & Odom LLC.

I have been in this business for twenty years and I don't believe I have ever seen a contractor exhibit so much care and concern. For this job, your company was required to build out shell space for a new tenant, while at the same time, protecting the built-out spaces of other tenants.

To protect the carpet in the elevator lobby, your folks put down a clear plastic product to cover the carpet. They then mopped it several times a day to make sure construction debris and sheetrock dust didn't get spread throughout the 4th floor.

Geoff, we are enjoying our new relationship with you and expect to engage your firm for tenant work in the future.
