Dear Jason:

Well we have finally seen the end of the construction project for The Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce's new home. Our 20,000 square foot office renovation on the first and second floors of the Financial Center will surely serve our current needs for the duration of our lease. The Chamber is very satisfied with the finished product and many of our members have expressed favorable comments upon touring our new offices. Golden & Associates was invaluable through out the entire construction phase.

Thank you very much for the efforts of yourself, your sub-contractors, and last but not least you're on site superintendent Jim Dick. With your teams' effort and professionalism I was always well informed of possible construction delays and / or any needed change orders to make our space more efficient.

Your cooperation with the architect as well as the landlord provided for minimal disruption thus allowing the build-out of our space to follow very close to the original construction schedule. I cannot say that I miss our very informative and sometime exciting weekly construction meetings, but all good things must end and in this case a very happy ending for all parties. I hope you feel the same pride in our new space as we do, because without your efforts the construction process could have been much bumpier. In closing let me say one thing for the chamber "Job well done, thanks, and come visit us sometime."
