As the Architect member of the project team, I would like to commend Golden and ssociates for your successful achievement of the renovations to the Burger Phillips Building. Your continuous attention and responsiveness allowed the project to be completed successfully and on schedule.

As with most renovations of existing vintage buildings, many surprises were encountered. I was pleased with your handling of these challenges. Your management of your subcontractor team members in conjunction with the Architect and Owner enabled these is ues to be resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, without compromising the project design.

Thank you for your team's outstanding efforts and result. We look forward to working with Golden and Associates on future projects.
