Dear Geoff:

While in Birmingham last week on another matter I visited 2600 Highland for the first time since the completion of construction. It was exciting to see residents have begun to move into the building and I want to extend my appreciation to you and your company for your excellent work on this project.

This project had many unique challenges for your company, from safely erecting an eleven story structure on an extremely tight site in a congested area of the city, to working with individual residents in completing interior construction of their residences, all while maintaining an aggressive project schedule and budget. I would like to commend your project manager, William Tynes, and his field team of Seth Kirk and D.J. Echols for handling each of these challenges in a professional manner.

Geoff, this project was a significant commission for our firm and I want to thank you and your project team for the attention to detail that took our vision to reality. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with Golden & Associates again on future projects.
