John Godwin, William Tynes promoted to Senior Project Managers; Steven Denney receives Carroll Jones Award

 Birmingham, Ala., May 27, 2008 – Project Managers John Godwin and William Tynes were recently promoted to Senior Project Managers. Tynes joined Golden & Associates in December 2005 bringing over 10 years of experience. John Godwin joined Golden in December 2006, and has over 16 years of experience.

Golden & Associates Construction held their 10 Year Employee Celebration this month where Steven Denney was awarded the Carroll Jones Award. The Carroll Jones Award is a distinguished award that recognizes an employee that goes above and beyond the call of duty. The award is named after Mr. Carroll Jones, Golden and Associates’ General Superintendent, whose construction career has touched some of the most prominent buildings in Birmingham, Alabama.

At the event, Golden & Associates also recognized employees who have been with the company for 5 years and 10 years.
