Located at the corner of Oxmoor Road and 18th Street, the new building features a unique hand-rubbed stucco and brick exterior finish topped with a slate roof that was brought in from upstate New York. The 6,000 sq. ft. interior spans over two floors and features a stained concrete floor, open office and reception areas with 22 feet high ceilings, and a high-tech conference room. LAH moved into the building last week.

This building is a reflection of the exceptional quality and service we strive to provide to our clients.”
Golden & Associates also topped out First Commercial Bank’s newest branch located at the corner of Alabama Highway 119 and Shelby County Road 26 in Alabaster. The 3,500 sq. ft. building will have a stone, stucco, and glass exterior and will feature mahogany millwork and granite countertops in the lobby area. The branch will also have three drive-thru lanes plus a drive-up lane for the ATM machine. The $1.3 million project is slated to be complete in September 2006. This will be the bank’s first branch in Alabaster.
