Birmingham, Ala., April 19, 2005 - Golden & Associates Construction, LLC is putting the final details on the $3 million renovation job for Infinity Insurance Company's new office space in the 3700 Colonnade building. In only 120 days, Golden & Associates Construction renovated approximately 140,000 square feet of office space spanning over six floors, and the project is slated to be complete by mid-May.

Golden & Associates also partnered with Infinity to build their 85,000 square feet storage warehouse in Bessemer's Parkwest Corporate Center. This $3.1 million facility includes 51,000 square feet of warehouse space, 27,500 square feet of temperature controlled printing space and 6,500 square feet of office space. Golden & Associates worked closely with Infinity to coordinate the two jobs so Infinity could move their offices and storage at the same time. Infinity Insurance Company began moving this month from their offices at Lakeshore Park Plaza on Lakeshore Drive to their new offices and storage space.

Kevin Ritchey, Infinity Insurance Company's leasing and property manager states, "Golden & Associates brought a team together and did a fabulous job in choosing the appropriate subcontractors to meet our deadlines. They were conscious of our budget, and the staff did everything to make this project as easy as possible for us." Golden & Associates' Project Manager Marcial Mendez adds, "everyone involved worked hard and the projects were a huge success."

Golden & Associates also recently completed the new headquarters for Alabama Independent Insurance Agents at Lakeshore Crossings in Homewood. This 10,000 square feet building includes a state of the art classroom that will allow trainings for up to 150 insurance agents. Alabama Independent Insurance Agents moved in February from their former location on Clairmont Avenue.
