Café Julien Restaurant

Café Julien is an upscale French restaurant located in Crestline Village. Project included demolition of 3,000 S.F. of all finishes and major plumbing demolition to prepare space for all new kitchen equipment and restrooms to meet codes. The kitchen is equipped with two walk-in coolers, two kitchen hoods, and dishwashing equipment. The dining area finishes include cherry stained wood base, fabric wall covering, and radius sheetrock soffits. A new wine bar area was added with extensive cherry millwork, wine coolers, Corian tops, and a metal ceiling system. The floor through- out the restaurant is a three color stained concrete system with radius patterns to follow soffit lines above. Project was delivered within the owners schedule and budget in just 2 months.
