Jemison Park

The project includes streetscape work consisting of new sections of sidewalk with brick pavers, new trees and shrubbery around the block of 1st Avenue North and Morris Avenue between 18th and 19th Streets North. Also included is a 7,200 square foot park located directly behind the Jemison Flats building. The park consists of architectural cast-in-place concrete walls, water fountain and pool, custom fabricated steel gates, gravel paving, and concrete cylinder pavers, sod and a variety of shrubbery and other plantings. The park offers both Jemison Flats residence and the public alike a place of natural beauty in a true urban setting.
