Infinity Insurance Office Space

The office relocation for Infinity Insurance Company is tenant build-out of a 6 story office building at 3700 Colonnade in Birmingham, Alabama. The build-out consists of approximately 140,000 sq. ft. of office space. Golden's scope on the job included: demolition of the existing space, new sheet rock walls, painting, installation of vinyl wall covering, remodeling of the existing restrooms (including plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile, and granite vanity tops), addition of several new restrooms, new acoustical ceiling grid and tile, installation of an operable partition room divider, retrofitting of the existing fire sprinkler system and lighting, new wood cabinets, and addition of a new rooftop chiller connected to the building's emergency power system. All of this work was completed under an extremely aggressive 90 day project schedule.
