Miller, Hamilton, Snider, & Odum

Miller, Hamilton, Snider & Odum consisted of 5,500 square feet of tenant build-out. Golden & Associates was very instrumental in the budgeting stages with the owner and architect. The project included paint grade running trim and cabinetry in the conference rooms. The conference rooms and reception areas were accented with high-end specialty lighting. Johnson, Rast, & Hays Executive offices occupied the remainder of the 4th Floor and Golden & Associates was very understanding of the cleanliness of the common areas. The duration of the project was 8 weeks and was completed ahead of schedule and within the budget.
