Pediatric and Adult Asthma and Allergy Medical Office Building

The 8,000 SF medical office will be a wood framed structure on concrete slab on grade. It will feature eight examination rooms along with various staff and administrative offices. The building will also include a 2,000 SF unfinished shell space for a future tenant.

The exterior finishes include stone, masonry, and stucco.

This project site was once home to a pest control business. With the soil being contaminated with pesticides, Golden & Associates worked under the strict guidelines of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management to remediate the soil before construction could begin. The duration for the construction of the project is six months.
