Magnolia Pediatrics

The visionaries of Promise Land, Inc. saw an opportunity to bring their practice into a new market by building a first-class space to provide health care to their patients in downtown Birmingham. Golden & Associates saw an opportunity to help them realize their vision by delivering this 11,000 sq. ft. boutique-style office within their time frame and budget.

The building will enhance the surrounding professional area near UAB with its all-brick exterior, aluminum storefront windows and standing seam metal roof. The doctors will finish out the first floor with state-of-the-art exam rooms, offices and a comfortable waiting and reception area. The second floor will be delivered as lease space for future tenants or as expansion space for the pediatric partners.
