Phase II
The Presbyterian Apartments Phase II is a three story, 42-unit apartment building being built specifically for independent elderly living in the Northport area.
The project consists of slab on grade, pre-fabricated wood frame construction over crawl space, wood stud framing, gypsum board, wood trusses, an elevator, brick veneer, energy efficient HVAC and electrical systems, landscaping, and on site parking.
