Located in downtown Birmingham, Cityville Block 121 is a mixed use devel¬opment over an entire city block that consists of 21,000SF of retail space, 255 apartment units, and a 7 level 368 space pre-cast parking deck. The section along 20th Street will have 1 level of retail space with 4 levels of apartments above. The remaining buildings will have 4 levels of apartments.
Amenities include a pool courtyard, club¬house, and fitness center.
The overall building area is 272,000SF plus the parking deck area of 129,000SF.
