2600 Highland Condominiums
2600 Highland is an 11-story building containing a three level parking deck and eight levels of high-end condominiums. A pool area, fitness center and spa, and garden deck will also be included in the project. The 43 condos will have one, two, or three bedroom floor plans and will range in size from 1,100 sq. ft. to 2,400 sq. ft. Each unit will have its own balcony and 10 ft. tall ceilings. The condos will have a modern interior design and will feature granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances.
Located on the corner of Birmingham’s historical Highland and Niazuma Avenues, 2600 Highland was designed to blend in with the established residential area. The exterior of the building will feature brick, stucco, limestone, and a slate roof - building materials found on many of the historical homes in the Highland area.
