Renaissance Center

The Renaissance Center is a new 44,000 square foot structure that includes classrooms, offices, and a theater with seating for 187 people. Golden & Associates is performing the "B1" subcontract package, which includes the following scopes of work: drilled pier foundations, concrete structure, light gauge metal roof framing, structural steel, windows, elevator, and various interior equipment and specialty items.
