Student Housing

The project consists of two brick-veneered, wood-framed dorms that will be four stories tall. The North Building will be 26,700SF and the South Building will be 38,600SF. The student suites will range from one to five bedrooms, with each having kitchen and living/studying areas. Once completed, the Residence Halls will house up to 167 students.

The two buildings will be connected by a landscaped common area that will provide the students a relaxing outdoor environment.

The owner is committed to sustainable design features and this project will meet LEED certification.
