Servis1st Bank 

In 2005, ServisFirst Bank opened its doors with the idea of combining big bank capability with community service and delivery. ServisFirst Bank, founded by some of Birmingham's most well-known businessmen, opened its first branch on May 1, 2005 with the highest initial capitalization of any bank ever formed in Alabama.

The first phase of the project was a 6,700 sq. ft. renovation of the bank's administrative offices. This renovation included private offices, cubicles, breakroom, reception area, and a banking operations area.

The second phase was a 1,600 sq. ft. demolition and build-out for ServisFirst’s main branch. With only a four week schedule, the greatest challenge of completing the branch was coordinating the ordering and deliveries of the specialized bank equipment, security equipment, and granite tile and counter tops. These items normally have long lead times, but with the hard work of the entire project team, these items were rushed, shipped, and in place for the bank’s highly anticipated grand opening.
