Servis1st Bank Downtown Branch

After only six months since they first opened their doors, ServisFirst Bank needed a second location to serve its growing number of customers. The historical Jefferson Title Building, located in the heart of downtown Birmingham, provides the perfect backdrop for the rapidly growing start-up bank’s second branch.

This premier 2,200 sq. ft. interior space build-out includes a banking area, private offices and a break room. An African mahogany wall and detailed mahogany millwork is the focal point of the space, while granite countertops add to the luxurious details of the bank. Golden & Associates restored the building’s original terrazzo flooring as well as the exterior canopy, and installed replica pendant lighting to give the space a hint of nostalgia.
