IT / Accounting Specialist
Duties require experience working with PC's, particularly in the areas of troubleshooting, initital set-up, and adding programs. Work will also involve working with a network server and familiarity with network configurations. Accounting duties could include account reconciliation, financial reporting, data entry, and similar duties.
Requirements:
The right candidate would possess or be working towards a degree in Information Systems and a seconde degree or minor/concentration in Accounting or Accounting Equivalency. Experience working in an office setting is a must.
This is a full-time position. Golden & Associates will consider a part-time position with a promising student candidate.

Project Manager
In collaboration with superintendents and operation managers, this position will provide overall management administration to projects and assist in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
Requirements:
The right candidate will have at least 5 years of verifiable commercial construction experience. Candidate must have a verifiable resume of bid and negotiated projects ranging in dollar volume from $500,000 and up. Candidate must have strong computer skills, preferably with experience in Timberline. Candidates with a bachelor degree or higher are strongly preferred.
Recent Building Science and Civil Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.

Superintendent
Requirements:
Golden & Associates Construction is seeking a project superintendent with at least 5 years of commercial building experience. Candidates must be capable of effectively administering full direction to field employees and subcontractors. Candidates must be well organized, and posses good communication skills. Candidate must have a verifiable resume of bid and negotiated projects ranging in dollar volume from $500,000 and up.

Field Engineer
Requirements:
Experience in performing site layout, establishing elevation controls and location for various items such as footing, foundations, grade stakes, etc.; analyzing and interpreting drawings; and providing necessary building control lines and elevations for accurate measurement.

Carpenter
Requirements:
Experience in framework, building formwork for concrete, installing millwork, doors, frames, and hardware according to plans and specifications using hand and power tools.
